Your races, trips and training in one app
Add a race. The app plans your training, travel, packing and race morning around it.
The app is invite-only for now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when you can sign in.- Over 1,000 races in the UK and Europe
- 34 training plans
- Sessions sent to your watch

Works with Strava, Oura and your watch via Intervals.icu.
How it works
See it in action
-
Browse over 1,000 races on a map or a list.
- Suggested races based on the ones you've run
- Reminders for entry deadlines and ballot dates
- The usual weather on race day
- How hilly the course is, for races with a course

-
Set a goal time and get a plan for your race. It starts from how much you run now.
- Each week's sessions sent to your watch
- Your runs tick off each session
- Add a smaller race and the plan adjusts around it

-
Add your trains, flights and hotel to the race. Each shows its cost and your share.
- Live flight and train times
- An alert on your phone if your train is late
- How often your train usually runs on time
- Places to stay, sorted by walking time to the start
- A page for friends showing where to cheer you on

-
A target time for each kilometre, allowing for hills, heat and drink stations, sent to your watch.
- A race-week view with your travel, the forecast and your predicted time
- A 3-D flyover of the course
- A packing list that checks the forecast
- Predicted times that learn from your past races

-
One screen with your timeline, start wave, the weather and the way home.
- When to wake, leave, drop your bag and reach your wave
- On Android, a lock-screen countdown that shows your next step
- Saved on your phone, so it works with no signal
- Save it as an image for the start pen

-
Add your time and your PBs and records update. If you're on a plan, a recovery block eases you back in.
- Your splits next to your pacing plan
- Progress in race series such as the Marathon Majors
- Photos, your Strava run and the race-day weather, saved with the race

Questions
Can't find your answer? Email us and we'll reply.
Who can sign in?
The app is invite-only for now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once, when you can sign in.
Which watches does it work with?
Garmin, COROS, Suunto and Wahoo. Sessions and race paces go to your watch through a free Intervals.icu account.
Is there a phone app?
The Android app is coming soon to Google Play. Until then, on any phone, open the app in your browser and add it to your home screen, where it works like any other app. On iPhone and iPad, use Safari. Either way, you can sign in once your invite arrives.
Does it work abroad, and without signal?
You can add a race anywhere in the world, and the race listings cover the UK and Europe. Your trip, the course and the forecast are saved on your phone, so race morning works with no signal.
What happens to my Strava runs?
They're copied into your own account and stay there. They're never shared, sold or shown to anyone else.
Do I have to follow a training plan?
No. The calendar, trips and courses work on their own. A plan is there if you want one.
