SuperHalfs
6 race weekend guides · checked 2 October 2026
SuperHalfs is a series of six half marathons in six cities, Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia. The series describes itself as an extraordinary running series for ordinary runners. The launch announcement says all six hold World Athletics labels and three recently hosted World Half Marathon Championships.
Each race keeps its own organiser, entry and price. The series is a way of counting the six together.
How the medal works
Joining is free. You create an account on the series' site and receive a unique 36-character ID by email, which is your SuperPassport. You enter that number every time you register for one of the six races, and after each race an e-stamp is added to it.
Run all six, in any order and in your own time, and you receive the SuperMedal at the finish line of your last race. Your chip time has to be in that race's results. Your name then goes on the series' Hall of Fame. From 2025 the six-race series has no time limit. The earlier five-race series, which did not include Berlin, required all five within 36 months of your first.
The series' FAQ says no guaranteed registration system exists, although its launch announcement listed guaranteed registrations as a benefit. Each race fills by its own rules, which are a first-come entry, a lottery, a ballot, a charity place or a travel package, so a place in one race says nothing about the next.
The races in order
Lisbon, Prague and Berlin come in the spring, and Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia in the autumn. The series' own calendar still shows Cardiff and Valencia on their 2026 dates, 4 and 25 October. Cardiff's organiser has announced 3 October 2027, and Valencia's 2027 date is not announced, so it is marked as to be announced.
